They could really make a difference for me…if I actually finally bought them! It's funny-well, only to put it euphemistically-how lazy I can get in terms of making changes in my diet! Luckily, I've found that ordering food online can make it simpler to make the right choices. For example, in terms of good alternatives for protein, I've come across the option to buy beef online! I can choose free-range, for example, and have it shipped to me. So it only takes a few minutes on the computer, and then it will show up at my door. I can even stock up the freezer this way. I'd also like to improve my nutrition by adding more variety to my meals, so I'm going to order lamb online, too. These are examples of things that can be easily done, and therefore can be easier to keep up, in order to have long-term change.
